CONFERENCE OF EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY CHAPLAINS

This year Coventry University is hosting the CEUC (Conference of European University Chaplains)
It takes place 14-18th June. The conference is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow chaplains from around the world. There are some wonderful keynote speakers to address ‘Peace, Reconciliation and Social Justice’ among whom are
Canon Andrew White (Vicar of Baghdad),
Canon David Porter (involved in the northern Ireland peace process),
Kathy Galloway and Jonathan Clark. The programme also includes a medieval banquet at Warwick Castle and medieval costume is available.

The day will be led by Professor James Authur
Professor Authur had led a major research project over the last 3 years. It is an ambitious, significant, and groundbreaking initiative, with few parallels in the UK, looking at how character develops through eduation and into employment, from age 3 to 25.
